Information you send through our website

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, company and area of interest if you choose to provide them.

Information from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms

We run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. When you submit one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn shares with us the information shown on that form, which you can review before you submit it. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, seniority, industry, location, LinkedIn profile URL, and your answers to any questions on the form. We also receive details about the submission itself, such as the date and time, and which campaign and form it came from.

We retrieve this information from LinkedIn using LinkedIn’s Lead Sync API. We only access leads generated by our own LinkedIn advertising campaigns, and we do not access any other LinkedIn data about you.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and request logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiry or the LinkedIn form you submitted;
• contact you about the 2 Renegades AI services you showed interest in, including arranging calls and sending information or proposals;
• manage our relationship with you if you become a client;
• measure how our own advertising campaigns are performing; and
• keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not use personal information from LinkedIn to train artificial intelligence models.

We handle information from LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with these commitments:

• Our own campaigns only. We sync leads only from LinkedIn advertising accounts that 2 Renegades AI owns and manages.
• Stored in our own system. Leads are transferred securely into r2core, our internal customer relationship management platform (core.2renegades.ai). Access is limited to authorised 2 Renegades AI personnel who need it to follow up with you.
• Used only to follow up with you. We use lead information only to respond to your interest in our services, as described in this policy.
• Never sold or shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent or license lead information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.
• Not combined into third-party data products. We do not use LinkedIn data to build audience lists, data sets or profiles for anyone else.
• Deleted on request. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from r2core, as described in “Your rights and choices” below.

We handle LinkedIn data in line with LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use and its terms for advertisers. LinkedIn’s own handling of your information is covered by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

We share personal information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who help us run our website and r2core, such as our cloud hosting provider (Render) and our email delivery provider. They process information only on our behalf and under our instructions, and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe we are required to by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of 2 Renegades AI, our clients or others.
• Business transfers. If 2 Renegades AI is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and it will remain covered by this policy or an equally protective one.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. For enquiries and LinkedIn leads that do not lead to a client relationship, we delete or anonymise the information no later than 24 months after our last interaction with you. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as the relationship continues and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) when information is in transit, access controls that limit who can see lead and contact data, and authenticated access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where the law requires us to.

You can contact us at any time to:

• ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information;
• stop us from contacting you about our services; or
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information.

To make a request, email ben@2renegades.com from the address you used, or tell us which address or LinkedIn form you used. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You can also opt out of follow-up emails by replying to tell us so.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. This includes residents of Texas under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws, and people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions. Where those laws apply, we will honour these rights as they require, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

2 Renegades AI is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information in the United States. If you contact us or submit a LinkedIn form from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes to how we use personal information, we will make that clear on this page before the changes take effect.
